Bank Millennium S.A. is the strategic partner, Grabowski i Wspólnicy is the main partner, and Bisnode Polska is the content partner. According to the participants and those in charge of the ranking, a family business is a set of values, responsibilities, and traditions forming a constituted entity and is expected to be passed onto the next generation.

On November 25, 2018, the law governing business continuity through succession officially came into force.

This means that the private company officially now turns into a family-owned business when the business is completely handed over to the next generation or when family members join the board of directors.

According to an annual report prepared by Katarzyna Gierczak-Grupińska’s Family Businesses Foundation, one in three Poles is ready to pay more for products from family businesses to recognize the contribution of family businesses to the segment. This reflects the work that family-owned companies put into their business to develop the brand on a national and international scale.

Our company was founded in 1998. Thanks to many years of experience, tradition, reliable approach to customers, continuous development, and additional services, it gained an official distinction in the category: “Fastest-growing family businesses in the Podlaskie Province with revenues of less than PLN 100 million” and took the 24th place in the province.
